Biography
Nick is experienced in defending accusations of violent crime; and, for those who have improperly been found guilty, he knows how to win on appeal. He is a talented sentencing advocate when necessary, and always strives to understand and appreciate his clients on a personal level. Trust is key and communication is crucial. He is always available when you need him.
Nick is also experienced in recovering your property from the government. Whether it be a forfeiture proceeding through the state or an ordinance violation through you city, Nick puts your rights to work in limiting your costs to recovering your car, money, or other seized property. No forfeiture is too big or too small. He has been successful in recovering property ranging from family vehicles, to sports cars, to sums of cash taken from you.
Most of all, he is always happy to patiently discuss your problems with you. No matter the issue, the method remains consistent: devise a well-thought plan that will produce the best result possible, with the least frustration to your life.
